Comprehensive Proposal to APA
On November 14, the company offered comprehensive proposals that provide pay raises, maintain industry leading benefits, increase job protections, prevent outsourcing and create a framework for growth. In return, the company has asked for enhanced productivity, additional operational flexibility and movement toward a more competitive benefit structure.
